At Fastlane, a combination of in-house technical expertise, advanced manufacturing facilities and an experienced workforce dedicated to meeting the highest production standards, ensures we deliver quality air handling unit equipment.
"Our values - innovation, quality and flexibility, combined with enthusiasm, drive and determination, provide Fastlane with the capabilities to continue to develop and progress as an established air handling unit manufacturer, to the Building Services and other markets."
An innovative approach and a comprehensive knowledge of the design of air handling units, combined with the market applications to which Fastlane apply their capabilities, are the cornerstone of our product development and customer focus. Fastlane never stands still when it comes to product development for a particular application, or where something is exceptionally challenging to meet a more specific customer requirement.
To work out and create the right approach to our customers' needs is deep within our culture, from the initial sketch to that final product solution. With our expertise in Air Handling, through an accumulated knowledge of HVAC engineers, and the extensive facilities of a larger parent Group, such as the Research and Development laboratory conforming to BS EN ISO 9001: 2000, Fastlane has the capabilities to provide reliable, accurate data, which customers can apply, with confidence, to their Air Handling unit requirements.
Fastlane offers extensive technical support and guidance to our clients, in the application and sizing of air handling units and associated ventilation equipment, in order to suit the particular specification, site restrictions or plant room area.
Our whole approach to design and application is customer driven; from consultation with our staff, then the customer, to detailed specifications, drawings and computer aided selection, all of which is directed towards encompassing every aspect, every detail, thereby providing the right product for the application.
Our workforce is dedicated to meeting your requirements each and every time, striving to improve the level of service provided. Regular training of manufacturing personnel, regular input from our staff on improvements to assembly and manufacture, all provide the skill levels required to adapt and retain our focus on building a better air handling unit. The accuracy to which manufacturing processes are performed requires precision for each and every detail of the air handling unit, it's components and the materials used.
Whether it be a galvanised sheet steel or plastisol panel, filter section, motor slide rail, or access door; each cutting, punching or folding procedure is performed with accuracy, providing quality products produced for customer confidence.
The investment Fastlane has placed in modern day computer aided machinery, enables air handling units to be assembled quickly for competitive lead times, accurately in accordance with acceptable standards and consistently to satisfy the requirements of our customers.
All Fastlane air handling units are thoroughly inspected during manufacture and prior to despatch. We also work tirelessly in developing long term relationships with our suppliers, after all, they form an integral link in our manufacturing process, which ensures you, the customer, receive the highest quality materials, components and finished products.
Quality permeates every facet of our business, and we take it very seriously, after all it encompasses every aspect of the relationship between our staff, suppliers, distributors and customers.
All our departments comply with quality procedures to ensure that standards are maintained throughout the different levels of the company.
All employees meet regularly to discuss ways of improving quality, assessing everything from manufacturing to customer service issues. With an emphasis upon product quality, value and consistency, the Fastlane range of Air Handling units is designed, manufactured and completely inspected at our premises – developing in-house systems for achieving or maintaining the desired level of quality in a manufactured product, by inspecting samples and assessing what changes may be needed in the manufacturing process.
